APEC does not own the data used in the StatsAPEC databases. APEC has licenses from the owners of the data that enable APEC to grant on-licenses to users who agree to certain terms and conditions. No part or parts of the data may be reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without agreeing to the terms and conditions.

All requests to use data should be directed to the original data provider, prior to using data. The Glossary page includes the data provider of each indicator and a link to their website.

APEC has made every attempt to comply with data providers’ requirements for use of their data. If we have used your data and it appears in the StatsAPEC databases in a manner different from your requirements, please contact us. We will seek to resolve any issue as soon as possible.
